GRACE LOVELASS

Grace created Train Antiope out of a desire to see more women realise their power, uncover their unique talents, and think, move and speak with complete trust in themselves.

She is a three-time IRONMAN finisher who has raced across Europe and ridden 500km through Kenya’s national parks.

Grace strength trains three times a week, swims, cycles and runs year-round — not for aesthetics, but because she knows if she can do hard things, she’ll be ready for whatever life throws at her.

Movement has never been a phase in her life. It is a foundation.

Her athletic career started early: rowing competitively from the age of 14, playing hockey for Swanage & Wareham, and dance training in multiple styles. She believes in the magic of disciplined practice, repetition and development over time and at a steady pace — because she has lived it.

Alongside sport, Grace has spent over a decade training and working as a professional opera singer. Performing at a high level demands breath control, physical stamina, emotional connection and resilience, and command of space. She knows how to prepare the body for pressure — and how to remain grounded when it counts.

She has practised yoga for over ten years, integrating strength, mobility and breathwork into a system that supports performance, recovery and confidence.

Grace read Classics — Latin and Ancient Greek — at King’s College London, studying the language and mythology that inspires the name Antiope, a legendary Amazon warrior. The brand is rooted in that lineage: skill and competence, unwavering courage and determination, strategic thinking and adaptability, resilience and mental toughness, and, especially as women, honesty and vulnerability as power.

Train Antiope is the synthesis of everything she has learned — from start lines, stages and years of disciplined practice.

She coaches to help you build strength that lasts – a strength that ultimately comes entirely from within you.
