Yoga

A steady, grounded and deeply supportive Hatha-style practice focused on building stability, mobility and strength, with an emphasis on embodying your inner warrior.

Ideal for beginners, we move mindfully and meditatively, building strong foundations in the principles of yoga.

Combining breathwork, movement and classical singing technique, Grace works with singers and speakers looking to gain clarity and confidence around their unique voice and artistry.

Workshops

Drawing on the principles of endurance sport, yoga and singing technique, Grace’s workshops are a combination of mind setting, movement and voice work that guides you through an exploration of your authentic self and deeper connection with your inner warrior.

Practices include: warrior visualisation, meditation, hatha-style foundations in yoga, movement, breathwork, vocal warm-ups, explorations of vocal tone and range, and confidence-building in small groups.
